An introduction to Meditation, the processes and the benefits.

It will also be practice oriented where we shall Meditate with advanced techniques given by the Rishis.

These techniques will help in cleansing and purification of the system and tuning them up to accept the Higher energies. This enables a deeper integration and better coordination in the functioning of the entire system.

It will also help the individual to experience the higher stages like Expanded Awareness and the beginning stages of Samadhi.

At the later part, we shall understand more about the Light Principles and ways of using Light and the energies in our day to day life.
