Special Days for Meditation — November 2025

This month will be energetically much more relaxed. It is a wonderful time to absorb these energies and work on various inner aspects of ourselves.
As the month progresses, the current energies will gradually begin to connect with the energies of the upcoming year. This transition will bring a sense of newness and freshness. Sensitive individuals may notice new opportunities starting to manifest as well.
This is an excellent time to concentrate on the basics of life—being happy, peaceful, healthy, and joyful. In the broader context, you can shape your prayers, work on further balancing your life, and identify areas that require more attention. The more you begin to manifest positive changes within, the more they will be reflected in your external life.
The Rishis encourage us to consciously focus on righteousness, tune more to God, and experience the Light within ourselves.
Additionally, it’s important to address personal shortcomings, such as fear, anxiety, anger, dishonesty, and the tendency to take shortcuts.

Pace of Time
This year, time has seemed to pass quickly, even faster after the eclipses. This accelerated tempo will push each of us to prioritize our tasks. Staying focused will help prevent feelings of being overwhelmed.
During this phase, life moves swiftly, which is why it’s essential to set aside dedicated time to pause, reflect, and plan. This period of reflection allows us to evaluate the past year and prepare for what lies ahead. This is especially required for our spiritual priorities.
The first step is to take an honest look back. Recognize the areas where you excelled, the moments you demonstrated strength, and also acknowledge where you fell short. Identifying these shortcomings isn’t about placing blame; rather, it’s about discovering opportunities for growth.
Next, shift your attention to planning. Identify one or two areas that require the most effort, and develop a specific, concrete plan for improvement. Instead of simply stating, “I’ll experience more Light daily,” create a systematic approach, such as, “I will dedicate ten minutes every day to sit and experience Light.”
This process of pausing, reflecting, and planning will increase the likelihood that your efforts will yield the desired results.
To cope with the galloping pace of Time and remain grounded, take the help of Diamond Light. It will help with your focus and concentration, manage the pace of time effectively while maintaining a sense of grounding.

Balancing Life
A harmonious life requires each of us to find a healthy balance among the various aspects and responsibilities in our lives. This means balancing our material pursuits with our spiritual development.
Focusing too much on either area can be detrimental to our well-being. Only through this balance can we integrate these two aspects and unify them to lead a holistic life.
The more time we spend understanding life, the more we realize that spirituality isn’t a separate part of our daily routine; rather, it is an integral part of it.
We can fully express our spiritual qualities within our material pursuits. This practice allows us to embody virtues such as heightened compassion, unconditional love, and consistent gratitude, while also fostering the necessary detachment. By grounding our actions in empathy and understanding, we actively reduce behaviours driven solely by the ego, leading to more purposeful and peaceful interactions.
When we achieve a good equilibrium, we can navigate life’s challenges more easily. We become better equipped to embrace change and adapt to shifting circumstances. Most importantly, only through this balance can we connect with our true Inner nature and manifest more of it.

The special days of November are—
5th Nov — Purnima
Purnima is a wonderful day to strengthen our prayers and Sankalpa, connect more to the Divine and Light. The Full Moon day also brings new energies that help us tune better to the present period.
On this day, we can pray for balance in our lives and remain open to change as we navigate the Pralaya period. We should also focus on letting go of the old—old energies, conditioning, beliefs, superstitions, rigidity, and certain outdated family traditions.
Inner growth comes with change, and the first step towards that is acceptance. After acceptance, we can then make the effort to manifest the necessary changes in our lives.
Practice the following technique on the occasion of Purnima—
Face North
Duration— 1 hour
Mentally connect to the Full Moon. Then connect to your “Self”
Practice 7 rounds of Pranayama with bright-Golden Light
Imagine bright Golden Light and bright light-Blue Light coming from Chandra Deva (Moon God) and allow this to fill your entire body. Experience.
Then extend the same Light to your Heart, Brain, and Manomaya Kosha (Mind). Imagine all of these absorbing the Light and shining with it. Experience.
Then extend the Light to your prayers, Sankalpa, and to the things you want to manifest. Imagine each of them getting engulfed by the Light. Keep experiencing.
Repeat the mantra “Om Antarena, Purnima Shaktiyai, Chandra Sampoorna Brahmaya Namaha” silently.
.
20th Nov — Amavasya
On this day, take the time to connect with the Pitru Devatas and your ancestors, before Meditation. This will help alleviate various struggles and resolve family-related issues.
By connecting with the Pitru Devatas, you can gain insights from their wisdom and experience. They can guide you in finding ways to distance yourself from darkness and negative influences. Stay open to learning how to overcome your inner negativity as well.
Additionally, the cleansing aspect of the Amavasya energies is very significant.
Practice the following technique for Amavaysa—
Face North
Duration— 1 to 2 hours
Begin with 7 rounds of Pranayama with bright Golden-Green Light
Mentally connect to Pitru Devatas, your Ancestors, and to the Amavasya energies. Pray to them for healing, and to help you meditate well.
Imagine Golden Light coming from the Pitru Devatas, Green Light from your Ancestors and Orange Light from above (Amavasya energies), and allow these to fill your entire body. Experience.
Then extend the Light to your present life, and present karmas and runas. Imagine all of these getting engulfed by the Light. Experience.
Then extend the Light to your repetitive shortcomings, weakness, and other issues bothering you. Imagine all of these getting engulfed by the Light and dissolving in it. Experience.
