Special Days for Meditation — November 2016

November is important spiritually. The entire month is energetic and various spiritual processes will be initiated regularly throughout the month. In parallel the work of manifesting decisions taken at the astral level to the physical also continues. Some of them will be miracles, but others will not be that favourable or desirable.

The aspects related to Pralaya also strengthen, especially towards the end of the month. Its impact will help us to asses our own progress. The new processes have the potential to push our buttons further. If we have dealt with our issues and have cleared them, they will not affect us.

Instead of panicking or allowing our emotional sensitivity get the better of us, we have to deal with them calmly and maturely. Let us embrace Love and divinity in our ways. We have to also work on clearing all the remaining aspects of fear and apprehension within. This is the period to start addressing the root cause of the issues.

The Rishis are working very hard to help our Earth to transit to the Light Age smoothly and as early as possible. Regularly, many negative developments are prevented from occurring. But some of them can’t be prevented from manifesting as humanity does not choose the spiritual ways. They do not listen and continue with the old and dark ways.

This month, let us focus our Sadhana to bettering ourselves. Connect more with Light. The more we make it a part of our living and start tuning to its aspects, the smoother and easier our life becomes. We also need to strengthen the aspect of Love within.

Practice more Pranayama with Golden Light especially when you are stressed. Also we can start using more of Green Light as a part of our Sadhana. Imagine Green Light in your body always and keep experiencing it. Other than reducing stress, it also nurtures us and strengthens our Inner Peace.

The entire humanity is going through turmoil and our heart goes out to them. We can spread a lot of Love to the entire Earth. It will reach those who are struggling.

Practice the following technique whenever you feel like and have time.

Face North
Duration – 12 to 24 minutes

Imagine a lot of unconditional Love coming from above and allow it to fill yourself. Do not imagine any colour for this. Just have a strong intention that it is unconditional Love.

Allow this to fill you and experience it for some time. Then send this Love to the entire Earth. You can also send it anyone in specific you want to. Mentally imagine the person/place or the Earth is fully immersed with this Love.

The Special Days of November are —

14th November — Purnima

Purnima this month is a wonderful day for introspection and internalising. It is the day to take resolutions and Sankalpas and to spend more time communing with Light.

Also spend time connecting to your Soul and try to experience it. The more we become proficient in this, the more the inner channels communications and Intuition opens up.

We can also practice the following technique —

Face North
Duration – 1 hour

Imagine a lot of bright Blue Light coming from above and filling your body completely. Experience the Light for some time. Then with your intention extend the same Light to fill your Astral body. Let both your physical and astral bodies radiate with the bright-Blue Light.

Keep experiencing the Light and repeat the mantra “Om Neelayai Prakasha Tejasaya Namaha” silently for the entire duration.

29th November — Amavasya

The process of Pralaya strengthen more on this day. If possible try to spend more time in Solitude and meditate more.

We can also practice the following technique —

Face North
Duration – 24 minutes, to an hour

Imagine abundance of Love and bright Light (no specific colour) coming from Chandra Deva (Moon God) and allow the Light to fill you completely. Pray for protection and blessing from Chandra Deva and experience the love and Light throughout the Meditation.

Keep repeating the mantra “Om Chandra-Moolaya Brahmaya Namaha” silently throughout the meditation.
