Special Days for Meditation — May 2017

The global political arena portrays a perilous picture at present. The ego’s and arrogance of the World leaders are on the rise. More leaders are only interested in consolidating their power rather than providing governance to their people.

None are rising to be a statesman. Nobel Laureates of Peace are defending atrocities on sections of humanity and ethnic cleansing. Leaders are willing to stick to their arrogance and bomb one another to destruction, rather than give up on their attitude. And above all, the UN is ineffective in bringing sense and calm to the present turmoil.

The lust for power makes dictators out of leaders. It makes warmongers out of statesmen. They get blinded in their power-trip. Unfortunately, large sections of humanity gets affected by the ego and arrogance of these few.

So much effort is made by the Higher Intelligence to guide us in the right and easier ways. But we are just unwilling to accept these and pursue our old attitudes.

Maybe we have to learn these the hard way!

Is the world really in a disarray? We are in the phase where the true intentions and attitudes of people and nations are surfacing. It is the period where the veils of false diplomacy is being removed. Now the reality can be dealt with.

The global picture is also reflective of what exists at the individual level. It may vary in degree but it encapsulates the hatred and violence suppressed in the individuals and the strong desire for revenge.

If our attitude collectively is for solving issues and seeking peace, it would reflect at the global level too.

Rishis are working hard to prevent wars. They spend a lot of their Tapas Shakti, defuse issues and bring us back from the brink. But ultimately it is for us humanity to choose the way ahead. If we are still insistent on the egotistic way, they may have to be discrete and allow the unfortunate events.

The next three months are going to be tough. At the individual level, the cleansing processes are compelling us to undergo our karmas and runas, and is clearing them in the process. Experiencing these at a fast pace is not a pleasant experience.

Let us not resist this process. Let us love and embrace this without judgement or rejection. Being positive, prayers, and hope in the future gives us the strength and courage to go through this. Surrender to the will of the Divine.

Invest your thoughts and emotions in positive and worthwhile activity. Organise yourself and the activities of the day in the morning. Connect to Light and strengthen your affirmations. Set realistic goals and try to achieve them.

Let us consciously outgrow hatred and revenge. Adding more love in our life helps to sublimate the negative emotions. Connecting to Light often and simplifying life around us hastens the process. Let us also consciously work on outgrowing the inner blocks, negativity and fears that we identify within.

There are situations where we will have to come out of our “comfort zones”. It may be difficult in the beginning but this enables us to outgrow our conditioning and old patterns and open new ways for positive changes to occur.

The Rishis suggest the following technique that can be practiced daily to relieve stress and mentally be at peace. This also helps in giving relief to some common ailments like headache, migraine, pain the legs etc.

Try to sit and practice like Meditation. If it is not possible, then practice where you are.

Face North-East
Duration – 12 minutes

Practice 12 rounds of Pranayama with Blue Light.

Then imagine dark-Blue and Florescent light-Green Light coming from above and the Light to fill your head, lungs, heart, stomach, shoulders and legs. These are the areas in the body that mainly trap the energies of pain, tension and agitation. Imagine these areas to be radiating with the Light and keep experiencing it.

Repeat the mantra “Om Trigudaya, Annamayi Neela Brahmaya Namaha” silently.

The Rishis also suggest using dark-navy-Blue Light in the tough situations. Imagine a lot of the dark navy Blue Light coming from above and send it to the person/situation that it bothering us.

The Special Days for Meditation in May are –

10th May — Buddha Purnima

We observe the birth anniversary of Lord Buddha on this day. We shall have strong and intense energies on this occasion. It is a good day for Sankalpas and prayers.

The Rishis have requested the help of Lord Kalki for his guidance and assistance to humanity at this time especially when the global powers are itching to go to war.

We can connect to Lord MahaVishnu and meditate with the help of His energies. We can practice the following technique on this day.

Face North
Duration – 1 hour

Begin with 7 rounds of Pranayama with Golden Light.

Offer your respects, love and gratitude to Lord MahaVishnu. You can also place your prayers and concerns to Him.

Then imagine dark-Violet Light coming from Lord MahaVishnu and allow the Light to fill your body completely. Keep experiencing the Light throughout the Meditation. Repeat the mantra “Om MahaVishnave Brahmaya Namaha” silently.

We can also connect with Lord MahaVishnu and practice our regular Meditation till the 17th of May.

25th May — Amavasya

The energies on Amavasya are progressively getting stronger. The energies surfaces the inner nature in individuals and at the global level. Many times, they shake the lives of the individuals. Each such push takes us towards righteousness and justice.

During the moments of churning in our lives, let us not panic or start brooding. These are the moments to dig deep into ourselves and remain positive. Breathe more, be flexible and go with the flow. Our positive attitude and the strength gained through our Sadhana helps us to sail through this period.

On Amavasya days, do not forget to link to your ancestors and offer your respects and love to them. The energies from our ancestors are important in this phase of transition. These energies help in clearing many hurdles and situations that arise due to the ancestral karmas and runas.

The Rishis are giving a new technique to be practice on the New Moon Day from now on wards.

Face North-East
Duration – 1 hour

Begin with 12 rounds of Pranayama with light-Blue Light.

Then imagine Golden Light coming from above and Greenish-Blue Light coming from our ancestors and allow these energies to fill your entire body slowly and gradually. Experience for a couple of minutes.

Then with your intention, send the Light to any difficult situation you are facing. Keep sending the Light for the entire duration of the Meditation.

Keep repeating the mantra “Om Viryayai, Chandrena Shaktiyai, Tejasayai Namaha” silently.
