Special Days for Meditation — July 2026

After the June Solstice, many important energetic shifts have taken place on Earth. From that time through the first half of July, these energies have been gradually assimilating across the Earth.
The Rishis were also preparing for the period of Ashada Masa, during which we will receive energies and Light directly from ParaBrahma. The energies from ParaBrahma will be Divine, powerful, and we can experience the Formless quite easily.
The Rishis urge us to make a genuine connection with ParaBrahma, who has so much to offer. By absorbing His energy, we receive numerous benefits, including a deeper understanding of our difficulties. This helps us address challenges more effectively, expand our Spirituality, and strengthen our inner faculties.
Strengthening the Inner faculties is highly emphasised by the Rishis, especially the faculty of Intuition.
Having better-tuned faculties helps us connect and experience better. We will be able to absorb higher energies and, most importantly, connecting to our Source becomes a little easier.
Developing and connecting with our inner faculties helps reduce layers of negativity within us, enabling us to handle challenges such as violence and chaos—both in our personal lives and in the external world—with greater resilience.
The energies from ParaBrahma that the Rishis will anchor to Earth will help activate and open various dormant and underdeveloped faculties within us.
They will also help us to outgrow our dependency on phones, internet and other gadgets that, in the larger picture, are restricting us.
The Light from ParaBrahma also helps us remember who we truly are, reminding us that this life is part of a greater journey and that much of what we perceive is an illusion.

Time Aspect
The first wave of Time Aspects was released in January this year. In the following month, various Rishis and Divine Personalities worked on it to tune the energies according to the requirements of humanity.
The last couple of months have largely been a period of observation, watching how humanity and the Earth have responded to these energies.
Rishis executed the next set of tuning and spreading of these energies during the June Solstice. Presently there are multiple layers of these energies, each with different characteristics.
Multiple layers of Time Aspect will be more efficient in cleansing and removal of heavy and dark energies, thereby enabling a Time Shift, and change of the Time period.
One important characteristic of these energies is that they are expected to soften the impact of major decisions being made across the Earth. The Rishis also wish for greater empathy to manifest within humanity, and for us to tune in more deeply to the Divine.
The period of Ashada Masa is especially conducive for the Time Aspect energies, which function harmoniously with the Light of ParaBrahma. This combination supports clarity, focus, balance of life, centring ourselves, and strengthening of our Spiritual values.

The Present Period
These days, one of the most common questions we get is simply how do we cope with everything going on? Between personal hardships, sudden health scares, and a relentless global news cycle of wars and conflicts, it is completely normal to feel overwhelmed and uncertain about the future.
The Rishis recommend beginning by strengthening our basics and fundamentals: daily physical exercises and regular Meditation. These practices help tune our systems and provide relief from relentless external pressures.
Through these practices, we gain inner strength and clarity, equipping us to handle uncertainties. We also develop patience and the ability not to internalize everything, leading to greater peace.
Journal the issues that bother you and take the help of Light to deal with them. Also, strengthen your Sankalpas and affirm them often.
Prioritise what is necessary and be organised in your work and in life.
The Rishis also suggest practising gratitude, which is one of the best things we can do for ourselves. Gratitude involves recognising, acknowledging, and genuinely appreciating the positive elements in our lives, no matter how small they may be. By focusing on what we have, rather than what we lack, gratitude helps us to connect more deeply with positivity.
The more we focus on positive aspects, the more we attract them and strengthen these energies in our lives. This practice shapes our thoughts, shifts our perspective, and allows life to flow with greater ease.
Technique—
Expressing Gratitude is a sincere inner expression. Due to our busy lives, we do not spend sufficient time towards this. Hence, using a structured approach, such as a technique, can help us make it a regular habit.
Taking time for self-reflection and contemplation is important. We must first notice the help and positivity we receive and acknowledge them before we can truly appreciate them.
Start by journaling or listing the things you are thankful for. It might feel simple or even silly at first, but regular practice will quickly reveal how much we take for granted.
Don’t overthink it. Start with simple things—like gratitude for daily meals or the convenience of modern technology.
As a technique, practice this for 10 minutes—
Once you’ve made your list, reflect on it. Close your eyes and imagine yourself filled with Greenish-Golden Light . Then, mentally send the Light to each incident on your gratitude list. Keep experiencing this Light within. You can repeat “ Om ” silently throughout.
Practice regularly to experience the benefits. Practice at least 4-5 times a week.

The Special Days of July are—
14th July — Amavasya
This month’s Amavasya will be quite energetic. The energies also prepare us for the Ashada Masa and help tune the system to receive new, special energies.
The Pitru Devatas will also be available throughout the month till the next Amavasya. They will also spend time in Tapas, experiencing the energies of ParaBrahma. Another reason is to lay various foundations for the Eclipse in August.
The Amavasya energies will help in healing and overcoming various karmas. The special energies of this Amavasya will also help us cope with the pace of Time and constant mental distractions, and strengthen our Sadhana.
Practice the following technique on the occasion of Amavasya—
Face North
Duration— 1 hour
Begin with 7 rounds of Pranayama with bright-Golden and bright-Blue Light
Mentally connect to Pitru Devatas, your Ancestors, and to the Amavasya energies. Pray to them for healing. Practice gratitude, and allow the Divine to work with you.
Imagine bright-Blue Light coming from the Pitru Devatas, and bright-Green Light from your Ancestors. Allow these to fill your entire body. Experience.
Then extend the Light to your present Birth, Life, and to the Time and Period. Imagine each of these aspects getting engulfed by the Light and shining with it. Keep experiencing.
Repeat the mantra “Om Prasanna Kalayai, Pitru Shakti Ujjwala Brahmaya Namaha” silently.

15th July to 12th August — Ashada Masa
Ashada Masa is when we receive energies directly from ParaBrahma. Hence, this period is very conducive for deep Meditation and to strengthening our Sadhana.
We can also utilise the period to learn and upgrade ourselves, as well as to strengthen our connection and relationship with the Formless God.
Throughout this month, we will receive special energies from ParaBrahma. The Rishis will also anchor new energies, including those related to the Time Aspect. Together, these energies help us turn inward, strengthen our Spirituality and burn various dense karmas and challenging situations.
The Time Aspect energies will help us create balance in our lives and cope with the changing pace of Time. Depending on the situation, Time may move more quickly in some regions and more slowly in others, based on the necessity and purity of each place.
Many Rishis and Personalities will be doing Tapas and participate in various Spiritual projects.
The Rishis mention that the energies during Ashada Masa will change frequently, sometimes even daily. These energies will range from Bliss to deep healing to cleansing, among other aspects. It is highly beneficial to be regular with your Meditation and Sadhana during this period.
We will be able to connect to ParaBrahma more easily during this period and can experience varied aspects of ParaBrahma—from His pure, unfiltered energies to joy and expanded awareness. Be open and surrender.
These energies also support our internal evolution. We can shed old cells, generate new ones, upgrade our Koshas, and recharge our Chakras. As various inner aspects are healed, we outgrow old patterns and experience improvements in many areas of life.
The next few months present various opportunities for us to equip ourselves. Make the best use of these opportunities.

29th July— Guru Purnima
Guru Purnima occurs in the middle of the Ashada Masa, when we receive the maximum energies from ParaBrahma. It is a sacred occasion, especially to honour the Guru— God Himself.
Fundamentally, Guru is the person/Reality that guides our journey from Gu—the darkness of ignorance and negativity, towards Ru—the Light of knowledge, wisdom, and perfection. Hence, Guru Purnima is also a time when many individuals honour their teachers and Spiritual guides.
It is a wonderful day for deep Meditation, reaffirming our Sankalpa, and strengthening our spiritual values. Usually, on this day, we receive new energies and Light that aid in cleansing and purification, helping us evolve further on our Spiritual path.
At the astral level, Rishis and other Divine Personalities also connect deeply with ParaBrahma, spending their time in Tapas. Additionally, this sacred day commemorates the birth anniversaries of two highly revered Rishis— Veda Vyasa Maharshi and Vasishtha Maharshi.
The history of Guru Purnima—
While we were trying to understand how the concept of Guru Purnima came about, the Rishis explained that it was the special initiative of Lord Brahma. Based on his observations and Intelligence, Lord Brahma felt that his manifestation (Brahmanda) would thrive better when there is a flow of Light directly from ParaBrahma.
There were also numerous other benefits if this were to happen. For instance, the entire Creation could connect directly to the Source. He also felt that experiencing ParaBrahma’s Light, energies, and vastness is vital for the Manifestation to exist, organically evolve, and remain continuously in sync with the Divine.
Lord Brahma also observed that when the Light from ParaBrahma flows, it has various healing capacities as well as the ability to clear blockages and stagnation in the various tunnels and channels connecting different parts of the Creation. This regular flow of Light ensures cosmic health while greatly enhancing both clarity and creativity.
The direct flow of ParaBrahma’s Light also elevated the Maya Energy Quotient. This refined Maya energy is highly important, as it empowers Lord Brahma to continue His ongoing work of creation with amplified power and efficiency.
Hence, it was his intense hard work and efforts that led to the flow of Light directly from ParaBrahma to Creation. (This occurred very long ago)
