Special Days for Meditation — December 2025

2025 has been passing by so quickly, it feels like it went by in the blink of an eye. This year hasn’t been easy; it’s been filled with various overwhelming and intense events alongside profound periods of contemplation and inner awakening.
December is a crucial period of transition. This month is not merely the final calendar month but an important period that bridges us to the New Year. The energies this month help us to tune in, embrace, and integrate the lessons of 2025, ensuring we are better equipped and prepared to meet the demands of the future period with greater ease and equilibrium.
The significance of this transition becomes clear when we look ahead to 2026. From 2026, a new phase of the Pralaya period begins, which the Rishis term as the “Bronze Platinum Period”.
This phase of Pralaya further strengthens our transition to Satya Yuga. The focus of this Bronze Platinum period will be on the transmutation of the negative energies present within individuals and on Earth. During this period, the dark, negative, and transitory energies will be fundamentally compelled to transmute.
This energetic purification process will start subtly, manifesting as a state of discomfort, before gradually intensifying over time till it perishes. This period will not be easy, as people tend to resist change. Many are deeply entrenched in the ways of adharma, making it very difficult to let go and embrace the transformation. To add to this, the dark forces will also be highly active, increasing the chaos and disorder of the period.
The more we equip ourselves to change and embrace Righteousness and Light, the easier it will be for us to navigate through this period.
This month, we have several important occasions, including the Solstice, Christmas, and Shunya Masa. These events bring amazing new energies and opportunities, so make the most of them.
Focus on developing more humility, gratitude, and contentment. Also, work more on holding Light within you and experiencing it as much as possible.

The Special Days for Meditation are—
3rd December — Shiva Deepa
4th December— Vishnu Deepa, Purnima
Shiva Deepa and Vishnu Deepa are important occasions for Spiritual cleansing and Inner transformation. They are special days when dedicated energies from both Lord Shiva and Lord MahaVishnu flow to the Earth. The primary benefit is Inner cleansing of one’s system, helping the individual radiate with their Inner Light— thus symbolising the Deepa (lamp/light).
The special energies released during these two days are highly beneficial for helping the individual to balance the material and spiritual aspects of life. The occasion is also an opportune time for Sadhana, making Sankalpas (resolutions/intentions), and strengthening one’s connection to the Principles of Light.
The energies from Lord Shiva help immensely with cleansing and removal of various negativities and shortcomings. They also help in Inner Purity. While connecting to Lord Shiva, pray for Clarity, the ability to work on your hurdles, and, very importantly, for Opening Up.
On the other hand, the energies from Lord MahaVishnu help to burn karmas, clear various blocks and work on one’s growth and development. They will also help you cope better with the current period and be in sync with the ongoing changes. While connecting to Lord MahaVishnu, pray that you are able to manifest your Sankalpas and receive answers to your prayers.
Practice the following technique on the occasion of Purnima—
Face North
Duration— 1 hour
Mentally connect to the Full Moon. Then connect to your “Self”
Practice 7 rounds of Pranayama with bright-Golden Light
Imagine bright Golden Light and bright light-Blue Light coming from Chandra Deva (Moon God) and allow this to fill your entire body. Experience.
Then extend the same Light to your Heart, Brain, and Manomaya Kosha (Mind). Imagine all of these absorbing the Light and shining with it. Experience.
Then extend the Light to your prayers, Sankalpa, and to the things you want to manifest. Imagine each of them getting engulfed by the Light. Keep experiencing.
Repeat the mantra “Om Antarena, Purnima Shaktiyai, Chandra Sampoorna Brahmaya Namaha” silently.
.
16th December to 13th January— Shunya Masa
Shunya Masa (lunar month of Dhanur) is a significant lunar month during which the Saptarishis engage in a month-long Tapas, which is akin to our daily Meditation. This period of their temporary absence from administrative responsibilities has led to the term “Shunya,” meaning Zero.
During this period, a new batch of Rishis assumes the responsibility of the Cosmos and Earth, introducing fresh perspectives, insights, and unique energies. Traditionally, those aware of these details encourage individuals to set aside material pursuits and dedicate themselves entirely to spiritual activities, reflecting the Saptarishis’ focus on their Tapas. As a result, people often refrain from initiating new ventures or pursuing material goals during this time.
Shunya Masa is considered an auspicious phase for spiritual growth and transformation, marking an energetic transition in preparation for the new year. The new Rishis who take command during this month typically bring forth an abundance of insights and energies that aid spiritual advancement and personal progress.
We can make the best use of the period the Rishis recommend us meditate regularly, deepen introspection, and contemplate more.
•• •• ••
During this Shunya Masa, we will have the presence of 2 Rishis. These Rishis are from Brahma Loka and are coming to our Earth on the special request from Lord Kalki. During their stay here, they will work extensively with Him and humanity.
These two Rishis are from a group of Rishis called as “Dhyan-Dhin Kala Chakra Rishis”. The names of these two Rishis are “Dyan Brahma Chandr Maharshi” and “Deekshit-Dhin Brahma Chandr Maharshi”
These Rishis are personifications of Illusion, Magic and Maya. They are highly specialised and masters in these aspects. The Rishis mention that during their stay here, depending on their work, they will each multiply themselves into many more bodies as required.
Among their works that have been revealed, these Rishis will be anchoring a lot of knowledge about the Pralaya period, about tuning into constant change, about dealing with intense situations in a Spiritual manner, and about the impact of changes and their consequences on individuals who are unwilling to open up. They will also work on the Quality of Time, and the “Balancing” aspect of life.
Dhyan Brahma Chandr Maharshi will be anchoring energies and Light relating to animals, especially reptiles. There are trillions of reptiles on Earth, spread all over, and this Rishi wants them to be able to hold a little Light each and spread it all over the Earth.
Deekshit-Dhin Brahma Chandr Maharshi will be helping the manifestation of our Souls’ Inner Nature.
Together, they will also work on new layers of Pralaya and create new deeper layers. They will also be involved in many more projects along with Lord Kalki.
Connect to these Rishis and be open to receive. It will aid each individual immensely. Take the help of bright light-Green Light and light-Blue Light to connect to these Rishis and experience.
.
19th Dec— Amavasya
We will have the energies of Amavasya and Shunya Masa Rishis on this day. We will also start receiving energies of 2026.
On this day, connect to your respective Ancestors and to the Pitru Devatas. The wisdom and guidance you received will help you better understand your difficulties and circumstances and on ways to overcome them. Be open when you connect and meditate.
Dyan Brahma Chandr Maharshi and Deekshit-Dhin Brahma Chandr Maharshi will work with the Pitru Devatas and help in releasing various new energies. Hence, the meditation should be special and strong, and will aid in growth and evolution, and in syncing with the period.

Then extend the Light to your repetitive shortcomings, weakness, and other issues bothering you. Imagine all of these getting engulfed by the Light and dissolving in it. Experience.
Repeat the mantra “Om Nyuthana Amavasya Shaktiyai, Samskarana Parivartana Brahmaya Namaha” silently.
.
21st December— Solstice
During the December Solstice, we will have a flow of Love, Light and energies along with the special energies of the Solstice alignment. We also receive new energies from the Shunya Masa Rishis.
The Solstice is an important day when many significant energies and Light are anchored to Earth. It is a time when new, higher vibrational energies are distributed across the planet, and work is done to align the pace of time, the speed of Earth, and other patterns.
Interestingly, the energies of the Solstice are most effective in snowy and colder regions. Since much of the Northern Hemisphere experiences winter at this time, these energies tend to have a more substantial impact there. Shambala also harnesses the energies of the December Solstice to maintain a warmer environment and to ensure that various gadgets and mechanisms function more efficiently and remain sterile.
The energies of the Solstice have a significant impact on individuals, particularly on the Chakras. The Rishis have noted that Solstice energies can heal various aspects of the Chakras and activate certain dormant features of the Chakras. Additionally, these energies can enhance both physical and mental health.
It is highly beneficial if you stay connected to these energies throughout the day. Try to meditate more on this day, connecting with these energies.
.
25th December— Christmas
Christmas Day is a highly anticipated occasion, not only for humanity but also for the Rishis and other Divine Personalities, due to the presence of Vishwatejas Mulabrahmarishi on Earth.
His influence, Light, and energies will be felt from December 25th to 27th. During this time, make an effort to connect with him as much as possible and try to experience his energies and Light. You can also express your love, sentiments, and gratitude towards him.
In addition to experiencing, there is much we can learn from him. We can understand the Spiritual values and fundamentals and explore various Spiritual realities. This year, the Rishis ask us to focus on these aspects— Working with discipline, Cultivating a readiness to serve, and Learning ways to support God’s Manifestation. By tuning into these aspects, we will be better equipped to adapt to the constant changes occurring globally.
•• •• ••
During this period, we will also find it easier to connect with the Shunya Masa Rishis. The combined energies of Vishwatejas Mulabrahmarishi and the Shunya Masa Rishis will help each individual let go of old, rigid, and constricting ways, allowing us to move forward. We will be better able to align with the present and future times, and their energies.
To fully imbibe and manifest these energies and maximise their benefits, more internal work is required. Engaging in more contemplation, introspection, and practising acceptance with patience and tolerance will greatly enhance our internal health and inner peace.
This inner stabilisation is essential for strengthening our connection and relationship with the Divine, ultimately enhancing our capacity to hold and experience Light. By doing so, we will be able to encompass the Divine as an integral part of our lives.
