April 2026 is an exciting month filled with wonderful opportunities for deep personal growth, reflection, and healing. It brings a special focus on the “Power of Time” and the “Power of Manifestation,” encouraging us to connect with these powerful energies.

When we pay close attention, we realise how our beliefs and mindsets truly shape our experiences— either helping us move forward or holding us back. By staying positive and aligning with our spiritual qualities, we can better tap into our innate capabilities and experience the true power of miracles and manifestation.

To help humanity transcend past conditioning, the Rishis release new spiritual energies to Earth each month. Despite years of this work, global transformation progresses slowly and can be hard to observe. One reason is Earth’s large population, which demands significant effort to shift collectively. Additionally, a clear generational divide exists: the older generation tends to be more rigid and set in their ways, while the younger generation is generally more open and receptive to change.

Moreover, dark forces are equally active and diligently working to disrupt this spiritual transformation. They continually find new ways to pull us back into familiar, unhelpful habits and trap humanity in old, harmful patterns.

This negative influence is clearly seen in modern society through the widespread acceptance of alcohol and drugs. It also appears in the promotion of reckless behaviour, such as individuals and corporations damaging the environment for short-term gains. These distractions are deliberately created to keep people disconnected from their higher purpose and inner growth.

Despite these significant challenges and distractions, letting go of our past burdens is truly achievable when we approach it with sincere intention and consistent effort. Overcoming personal shortcomings might take some time, but the healing and positive transformation that follow are deeply meaningful. Anyone who has committed themselves to this journey understands the incredible relief that comes from releasing old emotional and mental baggage. Even if progress feels slow at times, remember that your continued efforts will lead to steady, incremental growth.

To navigate these challenges and make the most of April’s supportive energies, affirm your positive intentions daily through prayer. Be patient with yourself, trust, and maintain your faith. The important manifestation energies will intensify after Akshaya Tritiya later this month.

Most importantly, remain consistent with your Sadhana. By consciously setting your spiritual priorities and working every day to align with them, you can easily overcome negative influences and fully embrace your personal growth.

Coping with the Transition

As the world experiences the deep transformation that is heading toward Light, fairness, justice, and truth, it’s completely understandable to feel a bit overwhelmed. These transitional times can be challenging and overwhelming, but luckily, there are simple and effective ways to stay balanced and navigate these changes comfortably. Remember, you are not alone in this journey, and taking small steps can lead to great peace and clarity.

One of the simplest yet most effective tools you can use is deep breathing. Try to make it a regular part of your day— taking deep breaths whenever you can. This small practice can help you stay feeling centred and grounded and really boost your overall physical health.

Meditation is an essential habit to include in your daily routine. Spending just twenty-four minutes a day meditating is highly beneficial and can really help nurture your mental well-being and spiritual growth. Give it a try—it will definitely add a huge positive touch to your day.

Take a few minutes daily to consciously connect with the energy of the Time Aspect, which holds the potential for many unexpected solutions and miracles.

Plus, there’s incredible power in collective prayer. When we come together to pray for peace on Earth and to help heal humanity, we can truly create a meaningful impact and significant difference.

The following are activities we can include in our daily routine—

1. Exercise regularly. For exercise and meditation, the ideal frequency is five times a week.

2. Deep Breathing and Pranayama. Along with this, cultivate the habit of connecting to Light and experiencing it.

3. Cultivate more gratitude. It is very important to develop and strengthen this aspect within.

Also, make it a habit to journal regularly. This simple practice can help you easily recognise your strengths and unlock your true potential. Plus, journaling is a wonderful way to overcome different challenges and grow stronger each day.

4. Be more mindful of everything you intake. It starts with nourishing your body with healthy food and plenty of water. Then, gently pay attention to the content you enjoy—whether it’s books, music, TV, or social media—and choose those that bring positive thoughts and feelings.

5. Take proactive steps to overcome your shortcomings. Journaling can be a wonderful help in this process. Don’t forget to also address your fears and apprehensions. It will take work, but your efforts will be truly rewarding in the end.

The Special Days for Meditation in April are—

2nd April — Purnima

Purnima, or the Full Moon, is a deeply special time that brings an abundance of wonderful and new energies. We can utilise these energies to recharge ourselves and absorb more energies and Light.

The energy of the Full Moon supports our personal journey, especially the Spiritual aspects. It provides us with the inner strength needed to face life’s challenges. By experiencing the energies Purnima, we can build better mental and emotional resilience, helping us stay steady, calm, and focused even when times are tough.

This Purnima also brings in new opportunities. It encourages us to step out of our comfort zones and to continue growing and evolving into better versions of ourselves.

Mother Earth also opens up and becomes more receptive to the new energies, which further influences humanity. The Rishis also utilise these energies for their work and Sadhana.

Purnima is a wonderful day for quiet introspection and internalising. It is an opportune time to heal past wounds and emotional scars of the past.

Practice the following technique on the occasion of Purnima—
Face North-East
Duration— 1 hour

Begin with 7 rounds of Pranayama with bright Golden Light

Mentally connect to Chandra Deva (Moon God) and to the Purniuma energies. You can place your prayers and Sankalpa to God.

Imagine Golden Light and Fluorescent Blue Light coming from Chandra Deva and the Purnima formation, and allow this to fill your entire body. Experience.

Then extend the Light to your Astral body. Imagine this to get engulfed by the Light. Experience.

Then send the Light to your “strengths” and to your prayers and Sankalpas. Imagine each of these absorbing the Light and shining with it. Keep experiencing.

Repeat the mantra “Om Samruddhi Shaktiyai, Vajra Poorna Brahmaya Namaha” silently.
.

3rd April — Good Friday
5th April — Easter

From the 3rd to the 5th, we will receive the energies from Vishwatejas Mulabrahmarishi. This three-day period is a wonderful opportunity to connect with him and experience.

Vishwatejas Mulabrahmarishi has always been a bold and daring soul. In the past, he fearlessly explored the unknown and achieved what no one else could. Then, he sought to go beyond Maya (illusion), to truly understand and experience God’s Creation.

In his life as Christ, it was a different journey. It was one of transformation and surrender. He let go of personal ambitions to become a true child of God. Rather than imposing his own will, he became a pure channel for God’s power to flow through, revealing the magic and Light of the Divine.
.

Connecting and Experiencing

Connecting with Vishwatejas Mulabrahmarishi today is a bit different than in the past. Instead of visiting Earth directly, he now guides and monitors us from his own realm, though his energies and Light still flood our world.

There is a massive space-time difference between his realm and ours. Hence to visit, he would need numerous protective shields to make the journey here. Additionally, he is currently very busy focusing on his new responsibilities.

Even with this distance, connecting with Him is absolutely possible. The most important requirement is a strong, honest intention. Instead of overthinking the process, simply set your focus, have a clear intention on connecting with Vishwatejas Mulabrahmarishi and begin your meditation.

Approach this practice with unconditional love, seeking to genuinely experience His presence rather than just asking for prayers to be answered. Keep in mind that He is a highly evolved Rishi, and the true purpose of this connection is to learn and deepen your understanding of spirituality. Ultimately, having the right intention makes all the difference.

Connect to Vishwatejas Mulabrahmarishi with the help of bright-Violet Light.
.

14th April — Solar New Year

The Solar New Year on the 14th brings a fresh wave of new energies, Light, and new opportunities. This special time also opens new doorways for our prayers to be answered. The new energies will aid in healing old, lingering wounds. To fully benefit from these new energies, we must be willing to recognise and work on our own shortcomings.

The New Year also gives the Divine a chance to spread more unity, kindness, and compassion across the Earth. While there seems to be a lot of negativity in the world right now, these deep issues must surface before they can be completely cleansed. If we remain open and self-aware, we can tune into these helpful vibrations and use them to improve ourselves.

On this day, the Rishis will invoke a Purusha (Personality) for the New Year.

They will also work on strengthening the energies of the Time Aspect, and tune it further for this period. The Rishis will also utilise the opportunities present on the day to manifest more of the Astral works into Reality.

The New Year’s Day is wonderful for Prayers, intention and manifesting. It will have amazing opportunities for smoothing our lives and tuning into what is happening around.

We can get charged up nicely on this day. The Rishis also suggest that we pray for more strength in our Pranas, a stronger brain, and a stronger Manomaya Kosha.
.

17th April — Amavasya

Amavasya is the day to connect to the Pitru Devatas and our departed Ancestors. We learn from their experiences and Wisdom so that we can balance our life, and also deal with our runas and karmas.

Connecting with the Pitru Devatas has become important and necessary, as they help clear various karmas and open us up to new energies. With their support, we can unlearn and uncondition better, opening ourselves to more miracles in life.

We can pray for our growth in the material aspects of our lives and for guidance for the coming period. Let us also pray for clarity, guidance and their blessings.

The Rishis will also tune and sync the Amavasya energies to the present period, which will help us outgrow various tough patterns and certain aspects that repeat.

Amavaysa Technique
Face North

Duration— 1 hour

Begin with 7 rounds of Pranayama with bright-Golden and bright-Blue Light

Mentally connect to Pitru Devatas, your Ancestors, and to the Amavasya energies. Pray to them for healing. Practice gratitude, and allow the Divine to work with you.

Imagine bright-Blue Light coming from the Pitru Devatas, and bright-Green Light from your Ancestors. Allow these to fill your entire body. Experience.

Then extend the Light to your present Birth, Life, and to the Time and Period. Imagine each of these aspects getting engulfed by the Light and shining with it. Keep experiencing.

Repeat the mantra “Om Prasanna Kalayai, Pitru Shakti Ujjwala Brahmaya Namaha” silently.
.

19th April — Akshaya Tritiya

The word “Akshaya” means abundance, and the festival of Akshaya Tritiya celebrates exactly that. While we often think of abundance in terms of material wealth and prosperity, this day is equally important for our Spiritual growth. In fact, compared to other special occasions, the spiritual opportunities available on this day are twice as powerful.

Spiritually, Akshaya Tritiya is a beautiful time for Awakening and connecting with the Divine. It is a day to gain new insights, have our prayers answered, and absorb more Inner Light. It also offers a wonderful chance to heal, cultivate patience and compassion, and strengthen our spiritual practices.

This year, we are set to receive special energies from our Solar system. In the past month, Lord Shiva, Lord Rama, and Vasistha Maharshi performed astral work to energise the Solar system (and the planets) and tune them for this period. We will receive these new energies on the day of Akshaya Tritiya.

When you meditate, connect to these energies. They will spark various positive changes in you. We will become more aware of our personal growth and find it easier to embrace change.

The special energies work deep within at the level of the Soul. Their impact will be gradual, organic and lasting. Ultimately, this day will strengthen our connection with the Divine and help us find a healthy balance between the spiritual and material aspects of our lives.

The energies of Akshaya Tritiya will be availble on the 20th as well. Meditate connecting to these energies on both these days.
